Who this policy covers
This policy explains what CJ Rogers Concrete Company collects when you use our website, call us or ask for a quote, and what we do with it. We're a concrete contractor in Rogers, AR, and this site exists so homeowners and businesses can learn about our work and get in touch about a job.
It applies to this website, from the home page through every service and city page, and to the information you give us when you reach out. You can read more about who we are on our About page.
What information we collect
We collect what you choose to give us when you fill out our quote form, call (479) 413-0106 or email us. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the work, such as a driveway, patio or slab you want poured or repaired.
If you send photos of the job, we keep those with your request so we can understand the site before we come out.
We also collect some information automatically when you visit the site, including your browser type, the device you're using, the pages you look at, how you got here and a general location based on your internet connection. This comes from cookies and analytics tools, which we cover below.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your request, set up a visit, put together a quote and do the work if you hire us. We may also use it to follow up about a quote, schedule the crew, send an invoice or answer questions after the job is done.
We use the automatic visit information to see which pages people read, fix things that don't work and make the site easier to use on a phone.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't add you to a marketing list just because you asked for a quote.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember your visit. Our site and the tools on it use them to keep pages working properly and to count visits.
We may use analytics services that collect information about how visitors use the site and report it back to us in summary form. Those services handle that information under their own privacy policies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work for reading and contacting us, though some features may not behave as expected.
Who we share it with
We share your information only when we need to in order to run the business or do your job. Our quote form is run by an outside form service, so what you type there passes through that company before it reaches us. Our website host, email provider and phone service also handle information as part of keeping those tools running.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or yours, or if the business is ever sold or reorganized. We don't give your contact details to other contractors or advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, honor our guarantee, keep accurate business and tax records and answer questions about a past job. If a quote doesn't turn into a job, we keep it only as long as it's useful for following up or ordinary record keeping.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
Keeping your information safe
We use reasonable steps to protect what you send us, and we limit access to the people who need it to handle your job. No website, email account or phone system is completely secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or passwords through the form or by email.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep something for a legal, tax or warranty reason, and if so we'll tell you what we're keeping and why.
You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live, your state's laws may give you more rights, and we'll honor those when they apply.
To make any of these requests, reach us through our contact page or call (479) 413-0106. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we change or delete anything.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for adults planning work on a home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to outside websites, such as the form service or local government offices. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we aren't responsible for what they collect.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The current version will always be on this page, and if we make a change that affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question or concern about your information, send it through our contact page or call (479) 413-0106. We're available Mon–Sun, 8 AM–9 PM, and we respond within 1 business day.
